VIP 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer - Investment Bank - Mayfair - Permanent

Our client - a growing and ambitious Bank based in London - are looking for a 2nd/3rd Support Engineer to join team focussed on supporting a diverse range of internal users across the organisation.

**You will be responsible for all end users to identify and resolve complex issues.**

**What will you do**
- Provide a first-class level of technical customer service to all internal users and provide an initial resolution of these incidents.
- Resolve 1st, 2nd and 3rd line issues
- Completing internal user moves including phones
- Ensure that a high level of service and support is provided to all stakeholders and users
- Resolve complex technical issues
- Use your excellent communication and soft skills to do this in a timely manner

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues.
- Understanding of Microsoft operating systems - W10 upwards
- Active Directory - user mailbox creation and administration
- Administration of Windows Server Operating Systems
- Office 365 systems.
- Set-up, repairs, upgrades and troubleshooting of PC's, laptops, mobile devices and printers
- Excellent communication skills written & verbal
