Fantastic opportunity to join a family-feel Independent Fostering Agency in Warrington on a 35hours/ week permanent contract as a Supervising Social worker 35h/week. You will be focusing on a small caseload in North West on flexible terms, like hybrid workingarrangements. Are you tired of having such a high caseload and to struggle focusing and deliver a great supervision to foster carers and children?

A small caseload could be so good for your work-life balance but also for increasing the quality of work that you can deliver. The fostering agency is aiming to provide the best possible care by allocating great resources and taking great care of staff tonot be overworked. The fostering agency is established since 2000 and are a local family-owned agency that provides placements to children and young people in the North West and North East area. It is your chance to join a genuine environment that works entirelyfor the children to provide the best social care in the region. They are looking to hire Supervising Social worker 35h/week as soon as possible.

Requirements: To be successful for Supervising Social worker 35h/week you will need to be based in Warrington or nearby area to make commuting to the office much easier. This is not completely home-based but operating on a hybrid model. You will be expectedto hold a valid driving license and have access to a car. Your experience should be of a few years being a qualified social worker role within a fostering team or working for an IFA.
