You will work 37.5 hours a week at St Marys Hospital, which provides specialised services for people with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI), progressive neurological conditions, Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Deaf Mental Health problems, with a layoutthat enables you to deliver care within a low stimulus, spacious environment. With experience from the NHS or the private sector, you will manage and support a designated caseload, where you will be responsible for social care assessments, risk assessments, facilitate group activities, and will contribute to ICR meetings, supportingservice users to make viable plans for their future. As a Social Worker, you will complete CPA reports, Mental Health Tribunals and Managers Hearings, and for assessing service users current social circumstances, analysing the impact on their mental health and providing support in developing feasible plansfor their future. As an experienced member of the team, you will lead and promote safeguarding, which will see you maintain relationships with statutory external stakeholders and design and deliver training and supervision.
