We are looking for a recruitment administrator to assist with our well established agency specialising in drivers. This is a fast paced rewarding role where no two days are the same.

This job role includes seeing the recruitment process through from start to finish as well as supporting with HR Admin when required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating of job adverts
- Recruiting in all aspects
- Support managers and consultants on the recruitment process
- Ensure the new starter process runs smoothly
- Accurately input data and monitor records
- Entering invoices onto Invoice Register and allocate appropriate codes
- Respond and deal with queries
- Liaising with staff, clients in a professional manner
- Always ensure excellent customer service

**About You**:

- Educated to GCSE level in Mathematics and English
- Previous recruitment administration experience
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Capable of working within a team
- Excellent organizational skills
- Reliable and self-motivated

Good administration and IT skills are important along with being pro-active, organised and a strong awareness of confidentiality.

Monday-Thursday 10am-3pm
