We are looking for a **Client Success Executive** to join our expanding Client Success Team based in Milton Keynes (hybrid working) to help plan and deliver comprehensive Hapi platform support for clients, through implementation and updates to the platform itself and related benefit programmes.

**So what does a day in this role look like?**
- be the main point of contact for clients regarding all platform queries, providing support on related benefits programmes.
- take full ownership for implementation of products, functionality or updates to the client’s platforms
- work with the client and the Account Development Manager to deliver a plan to drive customer activations and usage of the platform.
- liaise with key internal stakeholders (including Marketing, Benefit Proposition, Client Experience, Platform Delivery and Development) on behalf of the Account Development Managers to support clients and resolve any issues, queries or complaints.
- take full ownership of allocated lower ‘light touch’ accounts, being the key external face of Personal Group and taking responsibility for maintaining all Salesforce records
- assist the Account Development Managers by collating data and insights for client review meetings and attending those meetings as required.
- ensure compliance with employment legislation, FCA principles, “Treating Customers Fairly” (TCF) & other relevant legislative requirements
- manage relationships with key internal stakeholders on behalf of the clients and the Account Development Managers (for e.g., Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, IT).
**We're looking for someone who has**:
- proven success in managing and prioritising multiple cases and client demands simultaneously.
- strong and effective stakeholder management.
- experience of face-to-face client relationship management supported by multiple channels of communication, including client site visits.
- experience of planning and scheduling work to tight deadlines.
- intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and Adobe Acrobat
- organised and efficient with a strong attention to detail.
- able to establish and maintain good working relationships built on trust and the ability to challenge.
- ability to perform well under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
- excellent written English and strong verbal communication skills, delivering to a varied audience and in different mediums.
- moral courage - demonstrate high personal standards and commitment to Company values with the self-confidence to follow through.
- customer focus - the genuine desire to understand customer needs and respond in a customer focused manner, exceeding expectations where possible.
