_Client On-Boarding Executive _to join our existing team to help support BSI internal and external clients and colleagues, where you will take ownership for guiding clients throughout their on-boarding journey, working collaboratively with internal sales and operations teams.
- Client On-Boarding Executive Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls in an effective manner to ensure that the BSI brand “Tone of Voice” and quality guidelines are always maintained-
- Scheduling clients utilising all available planning tools, providing short
- and long-term planning solutions to ensure monthly delivery and relevant KPI targets are met-
- Ensuring all administrative tasks associated with visit bookings are processed in a timely and accurate manner-
- Negotiating with customers in relation to diary moves to minimise the number of changes necessary-
- Resolving customer dissatisfaction feedback received via the customer survey process-
- Identify opportunities to grow the business through communicating relevant products and services to existing customers where possible- To be successful in the role, you should possess the following:
- Geographical knowledge to support cost effective booking of visits-
- Competent resource skills to provide accurate and efficient booking of all visits-
- Excellent telephone skills with ability to effectively communicate at all levels-
- Ability to manage and negotiate conflicting situations on the telephone-
- High level of accuracy-
- Reliable and effective team player-
