Joining AJW as a Customer Service Executive (internally known as Customer Service Executive
- Parts) you will be proactively developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers, to optimise their satisfaction and increase all sales opportunities.

**What you will be doing**
- Manage customer requirements in an efficient and timely manner
- Provide quotes to customers, working closely with internal departments
- Promote efficiencies and continuous improvement for the customer journey
- Conduct market research, ensuring that all costs are competitive
- Managing the core return process to meet KPI’s
- Escalate, resolve and close any resulting queries regarding trace, damage, warranty
- Run outstanding exchange, 3rd party, late fee, and loan charges reports

- Confident communication skills
- Strong Quantum, Rotable, and Aviation experience
