As a Supplier Operations Executive, you will be integral in exceeding our customer demand by managing key supplier accounts for the repair cycle. Through collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you would play an important role as part of the repair cycle management process, managing customer demands by processing their repair orders and liaising directly with the Airlines while achieving and exceeding KPI’s.

**Your day-to-day duties**
- Building relationships and working with your own portfolio of Customers
- Processing repair orders through our bespoke systems with high attention to detail
- Presenting repair shop quotations where required
- Performing to KPI’s and Customer contract terms
- Managing business critical components for Aircraft requirements
- Delivering a high standard of customer service through working with internal & external stakeholders
- Identify and resolve any issues that may impact on the business-as-usual operation
- Carrying out any other job-related duties as deemed necessary by Team Leader or Head of TB&E
