Compass Pools, the leading swimming pool retailer in the UK is looking to recruit a dynamic Customer Service Executive to help our group’s Customer sales & design department in Horsham. We are growing at a double digit rate in an industry that is going fromstrength to strength. We are looking for someone who is motivated to make their goals and ours a reality and join us on our exciting journey.
If successful, you will be instrumental in the group's delivery to customers from purchase and beyond. You must be great with customers and driven to succeed. You will work in an environment where no day is the same and will be expected to be flexible and ateam player, committed to driving towards a common goal in this rapidly growing company.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with customers on projects and tailoring the specification to suit their needs
- Manage a busy schedule with site visits throughout the UK, ensuring the customer is receiving the best service
- Liaise with the wider Waterstream team to ensure smooth order flow through business.
- Undertake handover and regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Engaging in monthly meets with the other members of the sales team
- Handle billing & invoicing for all jobs
