**Sales and Business Development Executive**

**Circa £25k base, OTE £40k, plus Car, Benefits**

The client provides high-spec and high-value capital equipment products and associated services to a range of B2B sectors and industries, including utilities, civil engineering, construction, mining, plant hire, and land management. They have establishedan impressive footprint in the market, offering an innovative and highly competitive range of equipment, and they enjoy an exceptional reputation in the market for quality and service.

To support their growth and expansion they are seeking to recruit several Sales Executives / Business Development Executives to the team.

Field based, the role will be engaged in identifying leads and opportunities through market research and networking activities, as well as following up on incoming leads and referrals. You will be making introductory contact with targeted decision makersin both SME and corporate businesses, securing and attending appointments in order to understand customer requirements, advising and guiding on product selection and specifications, providing quotes and estimates, and securing business. Sales cycles vary fromquick turnaround business for urgent requirements, to larger scale and longer term contracts, and the role will be supported by senior management in progressing larger opportunities and managing a pipeline.
