This could be the perfect position to further progress your career within a company that offers a great office culture and phenomenal training opportunities **About the role**: **JOB TITLE**:Talent Acquisition Specialist** JOB TYPE**:12 Month FTC **-**Could become permanent** HOURS**:09:00am - 17:30pm (Flexible & hybrid working)** SALARY**:£42,000 - £48,000** LOCATION**:Central London **CULTURE**: Friendly environment, modern office, supportive team, professional yet friendly **BENEFITS**: Generous holiday, high pension contribution, life assurance, health cover, dress down days, flex fund, Loyalty Awards, Season Ticket Loan, Payroll Giving, Gym membership & many more **Duties**: - Establish and maintain strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, key business stakeholders (including HR) and third party suppliers, to provide a successful resourcing service to the business - Agile with a "hands on" approach to meet the team and business needs e.g. general administration e.g. maintaining the ATS system, advertising roles, sitting in on interviews where necessary and supporting Hiring Managers with anything resourcing related **Experience, knowledge and skills required**: - Previous experience in a direct sourcing role either through an in-house sourcing team or recruitment agency - Pro-active in coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes including interview coordination and administration - Proven ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and hiring managers to understand their needs and aligning recruitment activity accordingly - Strong prioritisation, time management and organisational skills, requests help when needed - Good knowledge of direct sourcing methods (LinkedIn, CV search websites and job boards) - Experience using SAP Success Factors or other Applicant Tracking Systems - Desirable - Any previous experience in a publishing environment - Desirable **About you**: - Team player - Great communication skills - Confident, outgoing and driven - Able to work in a fast paced environment - Calm and capable - Ability to work independently - Positive work attitude Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
