Service Administrator

The role of Service Administrator has been created to support a continuously fast-growing Service Department within our team of specialist, providing repair and maintenance to a wide range of cranes across the UK.
**Main Duties**
2. To log repairs and services on our database platform.
3. To take information from Engineers reports to create invoices for customers, as well as extracting any parts or further works required.
4. To create purchase orders for parts and stock from suppliers.
5. To track parts ordered to ensure these are delivered in a timely manner.
6. To follow up with customers to ensure estimates have been received and take further instructions.
7. To liaise with customers to ensure they keep up to date with progress of their job in hand.
8. To log and keep track of services, organising expiring services with customers.
9. To log customers cranes on their account ensuring all data is present and correct.
10. Ensuring the database platform is kept up to date with accurate data, keeping audit trails complete.
11. To assist with the development and implementation of company procedures and policies.
12. To assist the Workshop manager and Parts manager when required.

1. Excellent organisational skills
2. Good communication skills
3. The ability to multitask
4. Good time management skills
**Experience**
1. Knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word are essential.
2. Good I.T. skills.
3. Experience in working in a Service Department is desirable but not essential.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
