Operations Support Administrator

- Working hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am - 3.30pm_
- Salary: £23,500 - £25,000 depending on experience_
Wise Energy Solutions Ltd, based in Lytham St Anne's, are experts in finding and funding carbon and energy saving schemes for energy companies to help meet their Energy Company Obligation (ECO). We also work along all of the Local Authorities in Lancashire under the Home Upgrade Scheme, Affordable Warmth Scheme and Social Housing scheme. We are able to assist homes to claim their funding entitlement and this is achieved by building a rapport with potential customers in their homes and promoting energy efficiency packages.
Alongside this we also support the private sector with energy saving measures to help make their homes more energy efficient.

To help us achieve our ambitions we are seeking an Operations Support Administrator on a permanent basis. We have an excellent opportunity for somebody to work within an upbeat and friendly company.
**The Role**
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering the telephone & managing customers generic queries.
- Managing all customer complaints and putting a prompt plan in place to resolve any issues.
- Helping to drive the quality of our installations by working closely with the operations manager and support team.
- Booking technical inspections with our in-house quality inspector.
- Managing all external technical inspection results & booking remedial appointments with customers where required.
- Completing customer satisfaction calls on install completion.
- Liaising with installation engineers, ensuring they are onsite each day with the correct tools & equipment required.
- Ensuring all engineers have the correct uniform, PPE and any other requirements and placing orders where necessary.
- Listen to and address concerns from customers, provide accurate information to customers & maintain a positive attitude toward customers.
