Site Support Administrator

**Key Responsibilities of a**Site Support Administrator** **to include:
- **
- To receive and log all telephone calls from clients, placing work orders when necessary using the Qube software system
- To establish and maintain systems for monitoring orders, invoices, quotations, maintenance requests, minutes of meetings and complaints, logging information onto the Qube system
- To undertake word processing as required, dealing with routine letters and enquiries on behalf of the Property Manager including advising clients of work which may impact on them.
- To arrange for quotes/estimates to be obtained from contractors for works required in a timely manner
- To liaise and update with Directors of the Residential Management Companies
- To provide cover in the Site Supports office and reception during periods of absence.

- Must live within a commutable distance of Lytham St Annes, near Blackpool.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast paced office.
- Is willing to work towards the Institute of Residential Property Management qualification
- Must have experience of effectively communicating with a wide variety of individuals and organisations in writing, in person or on the telephone.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication and letter writing skills
- Ability to be assertive and confident when speaking on the telephone
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to use initiative, prioritise workload and ensure deadlines are met
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must have a good sense of humour
