**Our background** With our headquarters in Gloucester, Direct Online Services is a dynamic and progressive eCommerce-led omnichannel retailer of kitchen products. Founded in 2009, we have enjoyed consistent levels of profitable growth since inception, primarily through our flagship brand Worktop Express, the UK’s #1 online worktop retailer selling over 220,000 worktops per year to our B2C consumer base. The business recently joined the €1bn+ global materials division of Broadview Holding (alongside Formica, Westag, Trespa, Arpa and Homapal), and are now looking to invest towards the future. We have significant plans to accelerate our growth over the coming years domestically and internationally, in existing and new product categories, both within Direct Online Services and also in collaboration with our Group colleagues. We are currently experiencing significant growth and therefore are looking for a pro-active and enthusiastic individual to join our industry-leading in-house digital marketing team at Direct Online Services. **Job purpose** Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will support the delivery of performance/paid marketing activity including; - Paid Search (e.g. Google) - Paid Social (e.g. Facebook) - Display; and - other new and exciting channels for our customer-facing brands. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has a keen interest in business, marketing and data to get hands-on experience while continuing to learn and develop both hard and soft skills. **Key responsibilities** - Assisting new performance-driven digital marketing campaigns focusing on; keyword research, creative optimisations and campaign delivery. - Researching audiences across various marketing platforms and channels. - Reporting current performance, flagging potential issues and opportunities to optimise existing campaigns. - Supporting the wider digital marketing team when required. **Key skills and attributes** - Data literate and analytical - using excel to organise and splice large amounts of data to help inform decisions. - Capable of writing copy with different audiences and platforms in mind. - Organised with great attention to detail. - A clear and concise communicator. - Demonstrating a keen interest in all things digital marketing related. - Willing to learn, adapt and fail as well as succeed. - Ability to question and challenge current practices. - Ability to solve problems and use your own initiative. - Proactive with a "can do" attitude. - Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team **Future Progression** **Entry Requirements** - 5 GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English and Maths). **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday
