FE Partners are proudly working alongside Gloucestershire College to recruit for an experienced assessor for Marketing student cohorts. There is an urgent need for this role to finalise the remaining student cohorts assessments. A full-time position on a 6 month contract until a permanent assessor is recruited.
You will be expected to implement and administer all assessment and internal verification procedures. You will support, train and guide learners and develop their skills and abilities with regards to assessment and verification. Assessing learners in the workplace on the Marketing Assistant, Digital Marketing & Marketing Executive Standards.

**Purpose of the role**:
The primary role of the assessor is to assess learners’ performance and/or related knowledge in a range of tasks and to ensure that the competence and/or knowledge demonstrated meets the requirements of the apprenticeship frameworks or standards.
**Responsibilities & Duties**:
- Motivate, inspire and lead learners in the achievement of their qualifications
- Implement and administer all training and assessment and internal verification procedures as laid down by the General Conditions of Recognition from Ofqual
- Support, train and guide learners and develop their personal and professional attitudes, skills and abilities with regard to assessment and verification
- Guide and support learners as to the required evidence for their NVQ or apprenticeship standard and to make judgments about that evidence
- Assess learners and provide feedback demonstrating a clear understanding of minimum requirements for competence whilst embedding maths and English
- Liaise with other Assessors, Internal Verifiers, Apprenticeship Managers and the Director of Employer Training and to attend meetings
- Contribute to learner and employer reviews as required

**Qualifications & Experience required**:
- Experience of Delivery Marketing Apprenticeship Standards
- Assessor Qualified (A1, CAVA etc).
- Occupational Marketing experience (focusing also on Digital).
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or dated within the last 12 months.
