Overview

We're a fast-growing software company looking for a hands-on marketer to take ownership of marketing campaigns across key UK sectors.

If you're someone who loves combining creativity with data, enjoys getting stuck in, and wants to make a visible impact in a scaling business — this role is for you. You'll plan, deliver and optimise multi-channel campaigns, create content that resonates with our audiences, and be the driving force behind our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, PPC, SEO, and display.
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation and performance tracking
  • Manage and grow our social media channels with engaging, relevant content
  • Create compelling copy and assets for blogs, landing pages, ads and wider campaigns
  • Track campaign performance, analyse data, and deliver clear, actionable reports
  • Manage campaign budget and monitor ROI
  • Work with the wider team (sales, operations) and freelancers to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
  • Keep ahead of digital trends and bring fresh ideas into the team.

About You

  • 1–3 years' experience in a digital marketing role or similar.
  • Experience in creating and sending email campaigns
  • Confident using SEO tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Strong writing skills and comfortable producing content for multiple channels.
  • Organised, target-driven and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
  • Proactive, curious and excited by digital innovation.
