Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Gloucester. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating promotional campaigns, managing digital marketing efforts, and overseeing brand positioning. Day-to-day tasks include;

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximise ROI.
  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to create compelling campaigns, product launches, and customer communications.
  • Organise and manage marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions, including stand design, logistics, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain and enhance Diamorph's social media presence across platforms. Oversee website content updates, SEO, and digital campaigns to ensure relevance and engagement.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and materials. Develop marketing collateral that reflects Diamorph's values and technical capabilities.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or Related Field
  • Proven Marketing experience in an industrial / engineering business
  • Experience in organising trade shows and marketing events.
  • Strong Leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in managing Social Media and Website content
  • Ability to behave strategically whilst maintaining hands on execution capability
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of B2B best practices
