We are looking to recruit a dynamic and passionate Student Experience Officer to help lead our personal development offer. The role will include planning, promoting, facilitating, and delivering a range of extra-curricular activities that enhances our students’ academic, personal, and professional development.

This role will support the Teaching, Learning & Development team to deliver an extensive new offer for our students including the coordination and monitoring of a large range of clubs and societies, regular student events linked to the personal development curriculum, and a new student leadership team focussed on improving teaching and learning and student opportunities.

The role is very diverse, working with a wide range of students across faculties and curriculum types. The expectation is that this individual will also commute to our remote sites of Falcon House and the Technology Centre to support the delivery of our new offer here, ensuring learners across the provision directly benefit from the college’s increased focus on personal development activity.

You will need to be confident in using a range of IT packages including MS Word, Excel and Outlook. You will receive training on how to use various College systems.
