Exeter College has a vision to provide exceptional education opportunities through our adult education programmes. We currently have over 5,000 18 + students enrolled on a wide range of different programmes and qualifications, including course delivered in the evenings. Our ambition to ensure that we are providing the right provision and support opportunities for adults in Exeter and the surrounding areas to progress through education and to develop the skills required to further their careers.

We are looking for a friendly and professional individual to support the work of our Adult Advice Hub in providing quality advice and guidance on all of our 18+ provision and support the delivery of an exceptional student experience for our adult students, including those who attend our evening courses. You will be a key link for our evening students and work to ensure they are fully aware of and have access to Exeter College’s Student Services support. You will work alongside our evening teaching staff to ensure successful delivery of our provision and student voice activities.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised with excellent communication skills, who is able to multi-task, produce work to an accurate, high standard and have a flexible, confident approach to working within a varied environment. As the first point of contact for many of our students, staff and visitors, exceptional customer service skills are crucial for this role. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and to take responsibility for the efficient running of operations. You will need to be confident in using a range of IT packages including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
