**You’ll need to be**
- an outstanding leader and people manager
- passionate and knowledgeable about the power of adult education
- commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach
- collaborative - you’ll be working with marketing, student recruitment, employers and senior colleagues
- confident at analysing data
**You’ll be accountable for**
- creating a culture where teaching and learning are always outstanding
- excellent learner outcomes
- maximising adult funding streams
- the delivery and development of a dynamic professional and adult curriculum
- ensuring Exeter College is always the delivery partner of choice
