**Student Services Advisor**
**Location **:INTO University of Exeter
**Salary**:£23,400 per annum
**Contract type**:Full-time, 6 Months FTC with possible extension
INTO University of Exeter are currently looking to hire a Student Services Advisor to join their busy team.
The Student Services Advisor will be responsible for delivering high standards of customer service and provide administrative services in an efficient and timely manner, implementing INTO policy and procedure.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop knowledge and experience of all areas of work within the Student Services Department.
Working within the wider Student Services Team you will contribute to ensuring a positive student experience.
The work location will be split between the INTO Centre and Duryard Halls.
Please note that occasional out of office hours and weekend working is a requirement of this post, for which time off in lieu will be given.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Delivering high standards of customer service in a busy environment.
- Supporting the administrative work of the Student Services Department, including admissions, enrolment, assessment, student engagement, and meeting administration.
- Working with the Accommodation Team to prepare for arrival and departure of students.
- Supporting the Reception Team.
**About you**:
- You will have excellent command of written and spoken English;
- Educated to A’ Level or equivalent.
- Approachable, warm and friendly and have the ability to be assertive and constructive when required.
- Experience of working in a busy customer focused environment.
- Experience of working with and implementing administrative systems
- Good IT skills with a familiarity of Microsoft Office, excel and publisher.
