Join us, and you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a safe and sustainable environment for our thriving community - shaping campuses that support our vision for 2030 and beyond.As a Construction Health & Safety Advisor, you will provide expert oversight and guidance across our maintenance, engineering, and capital development functions.You’ll ensure construction projects are delivered safely and in accordance with legislation, including CDM Regulations 2015 and both University safety and environmental standards.Working closely with the University’s central Health & Safety team, you’ll develop, implement and monitor policies and procedures, champion best practice, and foster a strong safety culture.You’ll be part of a dedicated estates health and safety team, providing competent advice and training, and collaborate with key stakeholders across the University to ensure consistency and continuous improvement.Please ensure you read the Job Description and Person Specification for full details of this role.The University of ExeterWe are a member of the prestigious Russell Group of research-intensive universities and in the top 200 universities in the world (Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2024 and QS World University Ranking 2024).
