Our Integrated Marketing and Communications team are responsible for delivering key campaign and project work for the Audit, Tax and Consulting service lines and to support going to market through key industry offerings.

We are looking for an Events Senior Executive to join our projects and events team in our London office. The role will help coordinate and deliver impactful digital and in-person events with a focus on driving brand engagement, new
business leads and external awareness of the services and thought leadership RSM offers.

You'll make an impact by:

- Planning and executing of events working closely with the key internal teams to align event goals with the overall campaign strategy
- Delivering high quality events that reflect the RSM brand and leading the way in sharing and instilling best practice to enhance the overall event experience
- Improving effectiveness of future events by tracking and analysis of event metrics, gathering insights on attendance and engagement
- Shaping the overarching events strategy for the UK and ensuring that events align with the strategy and maximise ROI

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience of events management (digital and in-person)
- A passion for events delivery with an emphasis on lead generation
- Experience of producing a range of marketing and digital marketing assets for client engagement
- Someone not afraid to challenge when requests and ideas are not solutions led
