We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in the Strategy, Partnership and Acquisitions function of UL’s Software & Advisory business. This will be a Hybrid role, with 2 days per week at our location in Cambridge and 3 days working remotely from home. You must also have the flexibility to be in Cambridge for more than 2 days per week when required.

This role will be an interesting and varied role supporting the VP, Strategy, Partnerships & Acquisitions, and team, along with local coordination of business activities in Cambridge when required. The Strategy, Partnerships & Acquisitions function is key to UL Software & Advisory’s ambitious strategic growth strategy, and this role will support a key area of the business.

We are looking for an efficient, organised, adaptable, responsive individual who excels at solving problems and works well in a fast-paced environment.

What will the Interview Experience be? 1st stage interview with the Director of Strategic Development, 2nd stage with the Vice President.
- Organisation and management of calendar and activities
- Planning, booking and supporting business travel
- Supporting the Strategy, Partnerships and Acquisitions team and Senior Leaders with coordination of team meetings, activities, communications and reports
- Organising events to support business objectives, including planning, building agendas, stakeholder engagement, oversight in event execution
- Supporting local administration requirements and coordination where required
- Manage weekly expenses
- Carry out various administrative tasks as required
- Performs other duties as directed
- You will have around 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role supporting senior-level executives
- Adept at managing diaries and inboxes
- Ability to work with senior-level corporate executives and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of the business
- Experienced in planning and organising frequent travel
- Experienced in planning and organising meetings and events
- Strong administration background
- Experience in managing and submitting expenses
- Strong capability for clear business communications
