Based at our Head Office in Stratford upon Avon, our HR Graduate Scheme is a real investment in you. As well as an opportunity to grow within a structured development environment.

**Job Specification**:
With opportunities to be involved in projects that enable real business benefit, our 3-year Graduate Scheme will see you working across the Human resources function and rotating through various areas of the Division, including:

- HR
- Learning & Organisational Development

You will also be supported in obtaining relevant professional qualifications such as CIPD, CII Certificate in Insurance, PRINCE2 Practitioner (Project Management qualification).

**Person Specification**:
We are looking talent Graduates who:

- Possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Are self-motivated and able to work within tight deadlines
- Work effectively both in teams and independently when needed
- Are keen to develop, learn new skills and challenge themselves to be the best they can be
- Have a positive attitude and plenty of ambition and drive to add value

**Qualifications/Other**:
You will have obtained, or be predicted to obtain a degree at 2:2 or above.
