**The Role**:
Here at NFU Mutual, we are passionate about developing individuals who can help shape our future. This role will give you an opportunity to be part of the Sales & Agency division within NFU Mutual. Joining the division that spreads across the whole country and is an integral element of NFU Mutuals success. We want to support your career and guide you to the area of our division that you enjoy the most. Maybe you envision yourself being part of the team that supports our selling network and helps them perform at their best. Alternatively, perhaps the idea of working on one of our high profile projects that drives the change for our future is where you can see yourself. You’ll gain first hand experience of the main elements within the division, with the opportunity to develop your knowledge in all of the fundamental areas around the business.

**Job Specification**:
During your time on our Sales and Agency Graduate Scheme, you will have the opportunity to rotate around the Sales & Agency division, doing three rotations across your three years with us. This means you will gain an excellent understanding of what the division does, how it influences and impacts the wider business, and how the areas connect to work towards the goal of driving outstanding sales performance and to support our agency network. In your first year we will support you in learning everything there is to know about our agency network and how Head Office supports the network. You will have the opportunity to learn about our products, systems and processes. This will mean you can become a well-rounded, knowledgeable member of the division that will help NFU Mutual achieve its objectives.

Our graduates are given real responsibilities and become integral members of the various teams they work in. With the support from your team, your manager, the wider division and the business, by the end of your scheme, we aim to help you be in a position where you have a clear career path and the next step to your future within NFU Mutual.

You will be supported by a comprehensive personal development programme where you learn with the whole graduate population. Your professional development is important to us too, so we’ll help you work towards your ACII (Advanced Certificate in Insurance).

**Person Specification**:
If you are someone who wants to learn about the functions of a sales division and is ready to get stuck in, we’d love to hear from you.

**Qualifications/Other**:
You will have obtained, or be predicted to obtain a degree at 2:1 or above.

The role will necessitate travel therefore a full driving licence is essential.

This role falls under the Insurance Distribution Directive. This means there is a requirement for Continuous Professional Development in role, in addition to ongoing screening checks once in post.
