A superb opportunity for a dynamic **Operations Support Manager** to join Care South at Home, a not-for-profit charitable organisation that puts values and positive work culture before sales and profits.

**This is an exciting multi-site Operations Support Manager role with a difference.**

Working closely with the Care South at Home Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our Registered Managers and their teams with day-to-day operational management, quality assurance and monitoring in line with the Company’s values andpolicies.

You will be a part of a dynamic management team, about to launch exciting programmes of service development including opening new offices, launching new technology and potentially introducing new models of care.

- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Travel will be expected between our offices (currently Bournemouth, Bath, Somerset and West Dorset) and our Head Office in Poole, Dorset

**Key responsibilities for the Operations Support Manager will include**:

- To support the care at home services to operate in accordance with CQC requirements, guided by the CQC ‘Fundamental Standards of Care’ and all subsequent related legislation.
- To support the care at home offices to provide a high quality service at all times and to maintain a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ CQC rating.
- To support with staff management including recruitment, training, development and performance management.
- To monitor and support adherence to Company policies and procedures and monitor/support adherence to third party contracts.
- To be part of an emergency on-call rota and provide management cover, as and when necessary.

**Management Support:
**Provide practical support to the registered managers and their teams in relation to monitoring, care delivery, compliance, quality assurance, health and safety, staff management and service developments.
