As our Operations Manager, you’ll lead the execution of our store’s day-to-day operations across key departments—including Ambient, Fresh, George (clothing), and General Merchandise. You’ll work closely with department managers to deliver consistent standards, drive productivity, and ensure our store is always ready for customers. A track record of improving availability, reducing waste, and managing shrink. Confidence in leading teams and managing change.
