**Customer Operations Manager Responsibilities**
- Build an empowered, motivated and passionate team, rewarding customer focused behaviours, managing performance and driving a culture of ownership and continuous improvement;
- Deploy proven and recognised management tools and techniques to establish and maintain a high performing team;
- Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the team, ensuring customer installations are completed in a timely manner and customers receive an excellent customer journey;
- Become an expert in our products and develop technical knowledge through working in conjunction with Engineers and Electricians in order to support the daily operation of the team;
- Identify and address operational problems and seek new opportunities for the company;
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of all incomplete installations;
- Supporting company growth in terms of profitability and efficiencies;
- Support the Installations Manager with daily tasks and the strategic development of the team;
- Take ownership of customer journeys and see problems through to resolution, including complaint investigation and resolution;
- Review business data to seek out trends and opportunities.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- At least 2 years experience of managing a team responsible for installing products at customers properties;
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Installations Manager or equivalent;
- At least 2 years experience in managing a team responsible for providing customer service;
- Proven ability to oversee and coordinate the work of a multi-skilled team ensuring focus is maintained on the key priorities;
- Management qualification or equivalent experience;
- Evidence of using proven management and leadership tools and techniques;
- Demonstrable experience in delivering a set of team objectives and performance requirements;
- Proven problem solver with good analytical skills;
- Ability to learn technical aspects relating to our products and provide support to the team.
