Are you passionate about retail and ready to make a difference? Join our friendly team at Wessex Cancer Support as a **Retail Support Assistant** This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who’s proactive, people-focused, and tech-savvy.

The hours of work are 2 days per week - working Tuesday and Wednesday 9.15am to 5.15pm (15 hours per week).

**What You’ll Do**:

- Support daily shop operations and step in for the Shop Manager when needed
- Lead and motivate volunteers, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Help drive sales and Gift Aid contributions in-store and online
- Get creative with online listings, social media, and digital promotions
- Represent our charity at local events and in the community

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills

**Practical Bits**:

- Must have access to reliable transport or good public transport links
- Flexibility to cover holidays and absence

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
