**Job Summary**
We are seeking a creative and confident social media manager to join our small and friendly team We would like some with experience in the field but training will be provided to ensure you gel well with our clients.

We are a very close knit team and the business is growing at a fast rate we hope to find someone to be a part of this journey and to grow with us. This is starting at part time with a view to full time and we view to increase pay. I will note that this job is very flexible, mainly working from home with some days on set with clients.

**Responsibilities**
- manage social media accounts across various platforms including Facebook, tiktok, Instagram.
- Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages; respond promptly to inquiries and engage with followers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Analyse performance metrics using analytical tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in social media management or a related field is essential. An eye for branding is helpful.
- Experience in creating content - ideally within the food industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- skills in using Canva, Capcut and adobe lightroom and photoshop.
- Graphic design knowledge desirable
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
