We are seeking a versatile and creative E-Commerce/Social Media with expertise in Google Analytics, SEO, social media, and marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs, optimizing digital campaigns for search engines, managing social media content, and contributing to marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Job Description: Graphic Designer with Google Analytics, SEO, Social Media, and Marketing Skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. The role is very multi-functional and we require a multi skilled team player to manage our e-commerce website.

Create assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.

1. Google Analytics:

Analyse website performance using Google Analytics to provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize visual content for improved engagement and conversion rates.

Generate regular reports to track the performance of graphic and digital assets.

1. SEO Integration:

Ensure all graphic designs are optimized for search engines.

Collaborate with the content team to create visually appealing, keyword-rich content.

Implement strategies to enhance website traffic and rankings through design elements.

1. Social Media Management:

Design and curate visually appealing content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.

1. Marketing Strategy:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns aligned with business goals.

Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.

Contribute to email marketing campaigns, including the design of templates and visuals.

1. Collaboration and Innovation:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align visual, marketing, and SEO strategies.

1. Graphic Design:

Design engaging graphics, layouts, and visual elements for digital and print media.

Develop and maintain brand identity across all platforms.

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and platforms to ensure innovative designs and approaches.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, and social media management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Canva, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding principles, and digital marketing.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to inform design and marketing decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
