**About the Role**

As a Marketing, Communications, and Media Graduate, you will:

- Support Communications Projects: Assist in delivering internal and external communications projects.
- Create Engaging Content: Write for various media, including social media, newsletters, and print.
- Support Campaigns: Help with the operational aspects of communications campaigns and strategies.
- Engage with Media: Draft press releases and liaise with media outlets.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with HR, marketing, IT, and customer service teams.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Education: _

Recent graduate ideally with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Skills: _

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and proficiency in digital and social media platforms.

Digital content skills eg photography, video editing, adobe are desirable but not essential
- Attributes: _

Creative thinker, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

**There is a contractual requirement for this role to form part of the On Call Communications Rota which operates Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays from 8am to 8pm. A standby allowance is paid for each shift £33.63 (as at 1 April 2024). The postholder will be on the rota approx 6-8 weekends a year**
