We have a fabulous job opportunity for you to join our awesome team as our Flexible Bank Support Coordinator. We support our brilliant customers who have experienced homelessness, or have been at risk of homelessness, to address their support needs and securetheir own independent accommodation.
We have two accommodation-based support services across the county. We have our Young Peoples service which houses customers aged between 16 and 24 (including a Young Parents project) and our Adults service housing those 18+.
We provide safe and secure housing whilst supporting our customers to prepare for independent living. Our services aim to provide quality housing related support in a positive and empowering environment.
As our Bank Support Coordinator, you’ll play a really important job in supporting the smooth running of our service. You’ll help change our customer’s lives (and our services) for the better by undertaking risk assessments, support planning, goal setting andregular reviews.

One day you might support our customers to shop on a budget or to prepare healthy meals, the next you might be helping them at a probation or substance abuse support meeting.
In this job you’ll work in partnership with our Home Group colleagues and external partners to assess and engage support for your customers.
