Overview:
**Job Title**:Contact Centre Agent

**Contract**:6 month fixed term contract - Full-time

**Salary**:£25,150

**Location**: Southgate House, Cardiff (Hybrid)

**Application Closing Date**:Wednesday 7th June

**Responsibilities**:

- Deal with all customer queries in an efficient and timely manner
- Resolve any customer complaints
- Provide support with product pricing and availability
- Deliver front line customer service and support online products
- Update details on CRM system and databases
- Advocate change where processes can be improved and streamlined

Qualifications:

- Frontline customer service experience
- Experience of working with a CRM system (Salesforce would be advantageous)
- Contact centre experience
- Experience of working within an ever changing environment
- Experience of working within a continuous improvement environment
- Sound technology based skills
