**About Us**:
Lumen Christi is a Catholic College welcoming pupils of all faiths, respectful of all genuine religious beliefs and encouraging the development of all in their own faith.

We are currently looking to appoint an Administration Support Officer to join our hardworking and friendly team to help support the effective running of the school’s offices.

**The Role includes**:

- Develop, maintain and operate manual and/or computerised information systems in connection with pupils, staff, budgets, meals, maintenance, examinations, care, medical services, transport, etc. in accordance with procedures and regulations.
- Operate the school’s internal/external telephone system maintaining a professional, efficient and welcoming service.
- Provide assistance and information to students, parents, staff and visitors.
- Manage the College Stationery Store operation, including stock control and sales.
- Operate requisitioning procedures, including the ordering, purchasing, receiving, checking, storage and distribution of resources.
- Assist with the administration of College Finances
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades A*- C) including English Language and Mathematics, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience within a busy office environment.
- Demonstrable proficiency using computerised software packages especially MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Current First Aid qualification or evidence of willingness to work towards one.
