**Financial Services Manager - Embrace Financial Services**

LSL’s growing Financial Services business is one of the largest providers of services to mortgage intermediaries, specialist mortgage and protection advice to estate agency and new build customers and valuation services to the UK’s biggest mortgage lenders.Our brands include**PRIMIS Mortgage Network, e.surv, Embrace Financial Services, MortgageGym, First2Protect, Linear Financial Solutions, TMA, Mortgages First & RSC New Homes**.

**Embrace Financial Services are recruiting for 2 Financial Services Managers**(FSMs) - 1 in the**North** and 1 in the**South**.

**Embrace are a 300 advisor strong Mortgage and Protection advisory business** offering its services to numerous Estate Agency businesses across the UK. The brands that utilise Embrace’s FS proposition are both the LSL owned EA businesses toinclude **Reeds Rains, Your Move, Intercounty, Marsh & Parsons, Lauristons, Davis Tate, Thomas Morris, Goodfellows, Hawes & Co and Frosts**and non-owned but contracted partners to include brands such as**Martin & Co, Hunters Estate Agency, CJ Hole, Parkers and Whitegates Estate Agency.**

The **Financial Services Manager** (FSM) will have a team of between 10 and 20 Mortgage Advisors in their team. Some advisors are fully remote and working from home, some are branch based and some are in combi roles with a mixture of home andbranch based working.

The roles are newly announced and are as a result of a new contracted relationship with The Property Franchise Group whom are a 430 branch Estate Agency business whom are committed to Embrace’s Mortgage Advisory services across its network of Estate Agencybusinesses.

The role of the FSM is to develop, recruit, retain and drive a team of Mortgage Advisors to be the best that they can be. Compliance is taken care of by our partner business PRIMIS and their team of specialist Area Supervision Managers leaving you to manageyour team more effectively.

We are specifically looking for existing experienced Financial Services Managers with Estate Agency experience that are looking for a fresh new challenge and to develop their career with a large mortgage and protection focussed FS business.

**Remuneration**: Base salary of between **£45,000 - £50,000 with an OTE of £70,000 - £75,000**DOE and negotiable

**Location: Home Based but with travel to sites across the UK**

Monies stated include car allowance that is payable for this role.

A full UK driving license is essential as the role although home based will involve national travel.
