**Mortgage and Protection Reviewer - Hybrid WFH / Office**

Part of LSL Property Services plc, **PRIMIS Mortgage Network** are an Appointed Representative Network within the Financial Service sector. Based within our **Solihull offices (Birmingham Business Park B37)** we are looking to recruit a Mortgage & Protection Case Reviewer into our CORT team (Customer outcomes review team).

PRIMIS Mortgage Network prides itself in supporting Mortgage and Protection advisory experts in delivering the very best in quality customer service. Through an effective and efficient service of high quality tailored advice, we believe our customers shouldreceive a service that they want to go back to again and again.

The objective of this role will be to support the Head of Quality with effective management of risk via the First Line of defence through review of member files for suitability of advice, in line with Primis guidance and Service Level Standards. In orderto fulfil this - the role holder will amongst other duties review allocated cases to assess suitability of advice and adherence to TCF principles, recording activity and outcomes in line with departmental standards and SLA’s. You will build positive, beneficialrelationships with Advisors through regular contact and feedback provided to them and report any breaches of PRIMIS and FCA standard through the correct channels.

**The role is based on The Birmingham Business Park in Solihull B37 7YT with the hours being 9 - 5.30 - WFH 2 days per week and office for 3 days per week**

**The salary for the role is £24,000 - £26,000 Negotiable**
