**Administrator - Training Team - Partial Home Working**

**Part of LSL Property Services**,**PRIMIS Mortgage Network** are a Mortgage and Protection Advisory Network within the Financial Service sector. Based partially within our**Solihull B37**offices located on the Birmingham Business Park, B37 and partially working from home, we are looking to recruit a **Training Support Executive** to provide the world class support to our nationwide training team whom support our Mortgage/Protection Advisory AR (Appointed Representative) Firms ensuring the firms are well trained, competent and in turn supportingPRIMIS mortgage networks obligations.

PRIMIS Mortgage Network provides a world class support for mortgage and protection advisers to enable them to deliver high quality advice and services to their clients.

The main duties of the role are to support with the administration of the T and C scheme whilst supporting the field based training team to deliver the training programme for the year alongside providing support with training delivery to meet business objectives.

**Selection criteria -**

Administer the Training and Competency (T & C) platforms and assign the annual testing/reading programme and any bespoke modules throughout the year.

Support the Supervision Director, Head of Field Supervision, Regional Supervision Managers and Area Supervision Managers in administering the T and C scheme.

Develop and provide effective MI to the Head of Training for full reporting of T and C testing programme.

Arrange and book all training courses including managing venue relationships, calendar and accommodation.

Manage the training inbox and respond to all adviser queries within 24 hours as per agreed SLA.

Maintain all records to ensure a full audit trail of all training activity.

Support the business to provide other administrative functions in line with business objectives.

Support with the delivery of training requirements including webinars, employee training and relevant adviser development

**The role is based on the Birmingham Business Park B37 with the hours being 9 - 530**

**Partial Home Working is available with 3 days office and 2 days office**

**Salary - £18,000 - £21,000 DOE negotiable per annum**
