**Mortgage Advisor - Self Employed**

**PRIMIS Mortgage Network** are seeking experienced **Mortgage & Protection Advisors**to join a very well established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

The partner firm are a 35 advisor business with all advisors being Self Employed benefitting from complete flexibility and obviously the enhanced earnings that come with Self Employment within Mortgage Advisory.

The partner firm are very straight and upfront. No dream selling with this firm that isn't the reality - assured.
- **Self Gen splits at 75% with Leads Provided splits at 50%**:

- **Between 5 and 10 QUALIFIED leads provided monthly**:

- **Full PRIMIS 90+ lender panel as well as a commercial arm to the business**:

- **Full 15 provider Protection Panel with zero loadings to customers premiums - extremely important when you are self employed**:

- **Mortgage Admin included**:

- **Marketing materials supplied - No Social Media shackles here**:

- **You own the customer**:

- **A brilliant route to transition through to AR yourself in time and with the benefit of taking the customers with you**

We are ideally looking for experienced employed brokers looking for Self Employment but need that little bit more by way of lead provision rather than taking the leap without the safety blanket of that all important lead source.

The advisors will be fully committed to self generation through their marketing and have customers that will follow them, but, are looking for the benefits of being part of a team and the added benefit of leads and mortgage admin support.

**The role is self employed with£100,000 earnings achievable for the very best and much more**

**Prerequisitesare CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisor ideally within broking although we will consider banking advisors transitioning into Mortgage Broking.**
