**Scheme Housing Co-Ordinator**
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Scheme Partnership Co-Ordinator in Vauxhall. This will be within our 84 bed mixed tenure senior living scheme. Our customers live within self contained flats and are able to live independentlywith some care support needs. Bank house is the UK's first LGBT+ affirming retirement community.
**Salary: £17,052**
**Hours: **21 Hours weekly.
**Shifts**:3 days a week. These will be set days with some flexibility required.
**Location**:Vauxhall, London.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing residents moving into the scheme, ensuring they know how to set up utilities accounts and use the appliances within their flat.
- Signposting and accessing support from other services related to issues such as debt management, Welfare benefit, advice and voluntary agencies
- Liaising with the central income team regarding rent account queries and arrears.
- Carrying out regular health and safety checks of residents' flats.
- Assist with security of the residents' homes.
- Reporting repairs and liaise on residents' behalf with central departments and contractors.
- Managing maintenance of the communal areas, including fixtures and fittings.
- Building proactive working relationships with the facilities, cleaning, and maintenance contractors for the scheme.
- Liaise with St James and Estate Management for the whole development.
- Carrying out regular inspections of the building, including health and safety checks.
- Undertaking void inspections and coordinate the required work.
- Manage guest suite bookings and the condition of the room between visits.
**What you will need to succeed**
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of housing and facilities management including voids, letting, Housing Benefit and rent arrears.
- Have knowledge and experience of hospitality and customer service, Literacy and numeracy skills with ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone or in writing with a range of people.
- Have strong customer focus skills and committed to innovating high quality service delivery.
- Have excellent planning, communication, and customer management deadlines.
