**Customer Liaison and Repair Advisor**_ _**
- Based within our Ipswich waterfront office, you will be first point of contact for our policy holders, drivers and third parties to arrange and coordinate their repair journey and policy validation_
- This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career within the insurance industry, as personal development and role progression is firmly at the centre of the organisation._

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Validation and acknowledgement of new claims,
- Provide exceptional customer experience throughout the repair or total loss journey
- Ability to work alongside different Gallagher Bassett departments, enhancing technical knowledge

**Essential Skills**:

- Can effectively communicate with others, both written and oral.
- Ability to update claims system.
- Displays enthusiasm and commitment, willing to own problems and take responsibility for own actions.
