Talent Acquistion Advisor

South Kensington/Hybrid working

Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

**Job Purpose**:
To consistently deliver to the headcount needs of the company, placing the right people in the right roles in a cost effective and efficient way. Actively contribute to the team’s goal of increasing in-house talent acquisition activity and impact across the company in order that performance targets are met

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Identify and engage prospective talent that meets company requirements for both existing and future opportunities. Ensure that applicant data is accurate and updated, as required
- Lead briefing calls on all roles with hiring managers and accurately record details of each new job brief, referring to the job description where one is available. Capture the requirements and ensure they are properly understood together with any relevant timelines
- Create post briefing call stakeholder packs, where relevant, outlining how the recruitment process will work and agree how and when you will communicate with them throughout
- Provide ongoing communication and feedback to hiring managers on their open roles until any offer has been accepted
- Prepare job adverts for internal and external use, receive approval from your line manager before publishing to ensure they are brand and legally compliant. Post online adverts and ensure they are updated regularly
- Ensure employment legislation is adhered to throughout the recruitment process
- Liaise with HR administration team regarding offers of employment and relevant paperwork
- Ensure all applicant data is correctly stored on in-house database, including comprehensive pre and post interview notes, tracking and feedback logs
- Provide reports on recruitment activity to the Head of Talent when required
- Track top talent in the industry and build on-going relationships
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when appropriate
- Support the Training Academy recruitment by liaising with relevant agencies to supply talent and ensure any trainees are supported throughout their career
