Residential Sales Administrator

Symonds & Sampson are seeking an experienced administrator to join their residential sales office in Bridport. The role will suit a highly organised and enthusiastic 'people person' with an interest in property. Full training will be given, as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications and progress towards a career in property.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintaining good relations with clients
- Diary Management
- Preparing paperwork and data management
- Carrying out property viewings
**Key Skills**
- Excellent computer skills
- Efficient with a good eye for detail
- Reliable, organised and conscientious
- Full driving license with access to a vehicle
**Experience**
- Experience in a customer
- facing administrative role is required
- Experience in residential sales is helpful but not essential
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and databases

Training and Qualification
**Salary**:
- A competitive salary dependant on experience (IRO £24,000 pro rata)
**Hours**:
- 8:45am to 5:30pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 9am to 1pm

- disciplinary office, home to Residential Sales, Lettings and Agricultural/ Valuation Department.
