We are looking for an experienced, eager and motivated individual to take on the challenge of ensuring that our stunning holiday park located on the West Dorset Jurassic Coastline, remains a top destination for relaxation and adventure.

Role Overview:

Working a 42-hour week over five days including Saturdays, as the manager of the park, you'll be responsible for the park's facilities, accommodation, buildings and grounds, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

The role is not office based although there remains an administrative element to the job which is still important to manage. However, we are looking for a pro-active, positive, hands-on individual who will lead from the front and who is keen to assist in managing our operation financially and to use their drive and creativity to continually improve the park's appearance and performance.

The park comprises two retail outlets, a pizza takeaway (opening in 2025), a large number of privately owned caravans and lodges, caravan sales, hire accommodation, touring, and camping. You will oversee between 15 and 25 employees across all areas of the park depending upon on the time of the year.
