Our Residential department in Bridport are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic ‘people person’ to join the team. The role is full-time, and based in our office in South Street.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintaining good relations with vendors and purchasers
- Diary Management
- Carrying out occasional property viewings and visits
- Preparing paperwork

**Key Skills**
- Computer skills including CRM and Microsoft office.
- A good eye for detail
- Reliable, organised and conscientious
- Full driving license with access to a vehicle

**Experience**
- Experience in residential sales is helpful but not essential as full training will be given

**In Return**
- Salary - dependant on experience.
- Holiday - starting 28 days per annum (pro rata) including bank holidays
- Hours - 8.45am to 5.30pm weekdays, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 9am to 1pm
- Pension - A work-based pension scheme
- Training and qualification - the applicant will be encouraged to undertake training working towards attaining professional qualifications

**Starting Date** - As soon as possible

**Term **- A 1-year contract to cover maternity leave.

**The Office** - The Bridport Office is situated in South St., Bridport. It is a multi-disciplinary office, home to Residential Sales, Lettings and Agricultural/Valuation Department.
