**Entry Level Trainee Recruitment Consultant Roles - Immediate Start**

My client is one of the fastest growing, global Recruitment firms in the UK. They have grown rapidly in London, New York and Germany. Looking to continue their organic growth strategy, they currently look to hire 4 car sales executives to make the transition.

For the last 3 hires, they have selected people with car sales experience and have seen the transferable skill set lead to success. The work-ethic, financial hunger and resilience needed to be an asset in recruitment are all attributes of a car sales executive.

You will receive comprehensive, extensive training which takes a tailored approach. You will be taught the skills and given the tools needed to become a successful recruitment consultant. Last year a trainee made £120k in their first year.

**The Role**:
You will be responsible for sourcing new clients, cold calling and building relationships.

When a clients agrees to use you as a recruiter, you will find them top talent to fill their vacancies via methods such head-hunting, networking, advertising and using your companies database.
- You need to show that you are ambitious, competitive, driven, money motivated and hard working; you should also be able to demonstrate knowledge of recruitment.
