**Customer Service Administrator**

**Lichfield**

**Monday to Friday (between 8am and 6pm) - 37.5 weekly hours**

**£10.00 per hour**

**Temp - Perm**

**The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for**:

- Scanning relevant paperwork
- Opening, logging, and producing Mobility Exemption Pass
- Violations - checking lane journeys, requesting DVLA and sending letters requesting payments from customer for unpaid journey.
- Violation Letters Folded into Envelopes ready for posting.
- Boxes/Bags made up.
- Opening Post and distributing
- Moving Tags from stock account to customer account on system and posting out.
- Brackets - Printing labels and posting to customer.
- All customer Application forms posted.
- Carry out any general administration duties within the department.

**The Customer Service Administrator will have**:

- Good Knowledge of IT/ Microsoft office packages and database input. (word, excel)
- Strong analytical skills with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner when communicating with customers both internally & externally.
- Have an accurate and methodical approach to work.
- Work well as part of a team, however, be able to self-motivate with the ability to multi-task and manage own workload.
