**Why we need you**

We are looking for an Office Co-ordinator to organise and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. As the Office Co-ordinator you will play a key role in promoting a great working environment by ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication, and safety. The role will work with all teams at Compass Box, from finance to operations to marketing, supporting the team on a variety of administrative tasks. This is a varied role, and as a fast-growing business we are also expanding and moving to a larger office, this role will lead In the co-ordination of this exciting move.

**Who will be right by your side?**

You’ll report to the Financial Controller, but we want it to feel like more of a collaboration than a hierarchy.

**Where it all happens**

Our offices and blending rooms are in London. This is a full time position and we would see this role being present in the office at least 4 days per week.

**What we’d love you to do**

Join our dynamic team as an integral part of our office operations. In this role, you'll experience a fascinating and diverse range of responsibilities, requiring adaptability and a willingness to embrace change. As a support pillar for our founder, CEO, and CFO, you'll assist with travel organisation and handle administrative tasks when needed.

As the friendly face that greets visitors, you'll be our office's welcoming ambassador and the go-to person for onboarding new team members. Your excellent communication skills will also come into play as you liaise with our facilities management vendors. In addition, you'll provide valuable assistance to the entire team, addressing general queries related to stationery, office management, travel arrangements, and administrative support.

**You will have some important responsibilities**
- Serve as the main point of contact for office coordination duties including Managing office supplies, answering phones, interacting with landlord, maintaining the general conditions & tidiness of the office.
- Lead the IT needs of the business, interacting and being the chief liaison with our IT support company.
- Manage and action all questions and requests received from our landlord.
- Manage petty cash and the office budget, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, Hardware, and travel arrangements).

**Here’s what we’re looking for professionally speaking**
- Proven experience as an Office Co-ordinator or Administrative Assistant.
- Knowledge of Office co-ordinator responsibilities, systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
